"I started on this journey of fitness and health in April of this year. I received a call from my sister telling me that her and my Mom and other sister were taking a trip to Hawaii in October. Wow! What motivation! I wanted to look good if I was going to be walking the beaches of Waikiki.

The only way I knew how to do that was cut back on my calories and hit the gym. So that’s what I did. Starting in April I was at the gym 6 days a week doing cardio and some weight training.

But I hit a plateau. Around July I stopped losing weight and just maintained. I began to get discouraged. I decided then was the time to hire a personal trainer to get that extra boost I needed.

And boy what a difference! Within the first week, I was able to go below that plateau and lost 2 pounds. The next week, I lost another 2 pounds for a total of 22 to date, not to mention the inches lost! Its amazing what just a few weeks difference brought with the help of my trainer and her nutritional guidance.

It’s been a great investment. I have a ways to go, but will continue to see her weekly and stay motivated, even after my trip.”

"At the age of 19 and out of high school, and no longer active in sports, I got to an unbelievable weight of 250 lbs. After two years of being over weight, I wanted to loose the pounds.

I became a member of Ozark Fitness to get back in shape. With the help and support of family, friends, and the trainers of Ozark Fitness, I lost 87 lbs. in only six months. I got on a healthy diet and exercise program. I went from a 40 inch waist to a 32 inch waist in a matter of months.

I owe a lot of credit to the trainers at Ozark Fitness for my success. Now I am 23 years old, still active at Ozark Fitness, and I still weigh 168 lbs.
