The only way I knew how to do that was cut back on my calories and hit the gym. So that’s what I did. Starting in April I was at the gym 6 days a week doing cardio and some weight training. But I hit a plateau. Around July I stopped losing weight and just maintained. I began to get discouraged. I decided then was the time to hire a personal trainer to get that extra boost I needed. And boy what a difference! Within the first week, I was able to go below that plateau and lost 2 pounds. The next week, I lost another 2 pounds for a total of 22 to date, not to mention the inches lost! Its amazing what just a few weeks difference brought with the help of my trainer and her nutritional guidance. It’s been a great investment. I have a ways to go, but will continue to see her weekly and stay motivated, even after my trip.”
